in the south of France
Need to rest under the sun of the South of France, but far from the tourist tumult? Our 145m² house is located just one hour from Montpellier, Millau or Béziers.
Its three comfortable bedrooms can accommodate 6 people, but it is possible to accommodate 8 people by adding extra beds, for stays with friends or family! With us you will not step on each other, the house is spacious and allows everyone their freedom.
The exteriors open the door to the swimming pool to refresh you in season, or to telecommute with a holiday feeling.
On two floors
Kitchen & large lounge
The living room will open its arms to you for your cocooning evenings in front of the TV. In the same room, the dining room will allow you to work from home, play with your family or even take your meals when the weather does not allow you to eat outside.
It's too hot ? The second kitchen, called the summer kitchen, and its freshness will seduce you to prepare your salads.
The rooms spread over two floors will give you the space you need for a peaceful stay.
Space also outside !
Terraces, garden & closed local
You will be amazed by the view from Villa Saint Mart over the Orb Mountains. A 180 ° view possible with the surrounding terraces.
The fenced garden provides additional space.
A closed local will allow you to shelter your two wheels, whether they are bicycles or motorcycles, or even your roof boxes. The space in front accommodates up to three cars and is closed by a gate.

Summer kitchen
The summer kitchen is located on the ground floor of the house. It is accessed by descending the inside stairs or simply by the garden.
Equipée d’évier, petit frigo et table à manger, elle est toujours au frais, même pendant les grosses chaleurs. (Pour le moment la machine à laver n’est pas fonctionnelle)
Just in front the room "Suite Piscine", it let you, when you sleep in this one, to be totaly separated from the floor.
