Space & Comfort

Villa Saint-Mart has three bright and comfortable bedrooms, all different, and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a view of the courtyard or the Mont d´Orb. The parental suite is located at -1, and directly overlooks the swimming pool.

The three double beds can be supplemented on request with two extra beds for one person each.

Located on the ground floor, at the end of the corridor, this bedroom overlooks the entrance courtyard of the house.

Vue Monts d'Orb

Open the blinds, pull on your terrace and admire the nice 180 ° view on the Mont d'Orb from this room.

Suite Piscine

The Suite, spacious and with direct access to the swimming pool, has a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. It is on -1 and opposite the summer kitchen for even more independence.

House cleaning

A clean tea towel and a new sponge and cleaning products are provided. You will also have toilet paper, a dishwasher tablet and garbage bags to start your stay on the right foot.

The mattress covers and pillowcases are changed at each rental.

Because your comfort is our priority, a member of the concierge team, who takes care of the house in the absence of the owners, repairs the cottage between each rental. We therefore do not charge you for cleaning, but we ask you to leave the house in the state in which you found it, and to carry out the following tasks (which will be invoiced if not carried out, a cleaning deposit is requested ):

Emptied trash can : emptied, outputs. Sorted and put in the sorting bin.
Emptied fridges : emptied and cleaned, without unplugging them.
Dishes done and put away : dishwasher empty, dishes put away clean in their place.
Barbecue cleaned : that the grids are not greasy.
Toilets and showers : clean a minimum
Terraces left clean : if necessary !
Laundry : If you have rented the linen, put it at the foot of the bed.
